If you need help with your elective choice, contact your Faculty Student Centre. The courses are targeted at exchange students regardless of discipline, and are also accessible to all (Swedish and international) regular students. Courses and programmes taught in Swedish Sfi courses are designed for immigrants to give them basic knowledge of the Swedish language.

This is a list of courses elective for master students in the spring semester. Depending on which programme you attend, you may choose some of these courses. Please note that the courses often have requirements that have to be fulfilled in order to take the course.

The elective courses must be on the second cycle and in the area of language and linguistics. You can choose from among all of the second-cycle courses within the MA programme, and, in consultation with the coordinator, within or outside your own specialisation.

Elective Courses Students will only be automatically enrolled in electives received through the lottery as a [Priority 1] or [Priority 2]. To officially enroll in your electives, you must contact each course coordinator for a permission code to add the course to your schedule.

During the third semester within your master programme you are able to choose an elective course. At the Department of Service Management and Service Studies we offer elective courses during the first half of the semester, consisting of either 7,5 or 15 credits. Lund University uses a national application system run by University Admissions in Sweden. It is only possible to apply during the application periods.
